1. Promotion Overview

Carmada (“we”, “us”, “our”) is offering a $200 cashback to eligible customers who purchase a vehicle through Carmada and take delivery during the promotional period, subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the cashback:

• The vehicle must be purchased through Carmada during the promotional period.

• The vehicle must be delivered to an address in Australia.

• Customers must be one of the first 50 eligible purchasers during each applicable period (as defined below).

• The cashback is limited to one claim per customer per vehicle.

3. Promotional Period

• The promotional period begins on 20th September 2024.

• The promotional period ends on 30th November2024.

• We reserve the right to end or extend the promotional period at any time without notice, at our absolute discretion.

• “First 50 customers” refers to the first 50 customers who complete a qualifying purchase each month during the promotional period. We may reset the count, and/or extend the promotion, at our sole discretion.

4. Cashback Payment

• Eligible customers will receive $200 AUD as cashback, which will be paid via bank transfer or other methods chosen by us, following the successful delivery of the vehicle and compliance with all applicable terms.

• The cashback will be issued within 30 days of delivery, provided all conditions are met.

5. Exclusions and Limitations

• Business purchases or fleet management services are excluded from this offer.

• This Promotion cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless we explicitly state otherwise.

• Customers must not cancel or return their vehicle purchase to qualify for the cashback.

• We may decline to issue the cashback if we determine that a customer has engaged in any fraudulent or deceptive conduct, or if the transaction does not meet these terms.

6. Modification, Suspension, or Termination

• We reserve the right to amend, extend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time, at our absolute discretion, without prior notice.

• Should the Promotion be amended or terminated, any valid claims made prior to the change will still be honoured, provided all eligibility requirements are met.

7. Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion.

• This Promotion is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Carmada will be final.

8. General

• We reserve the right to verify the identity and eligibility of participants and may refuse to award cashback if there is any reason to believe these terms have been violated.

• These terms and conditions are subject to applicable Australian laws and regulations.

• Any disputes relating to this Promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland, Australia.
